The Star Matcher is an astrology-based matchmaking service. Upon registration and payment of the one-time registration fee, you are entered into our matchmaking database. We perform weekly compatibility analyses every Monday using astrological data, location proximity, and your stated preferences and dealbreakers to identify potential matches.

Registration requires a one-time fee of $9.99 USD, processed through PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize Good Signs LLC to collect this fee on behalf of The Star Matcher.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Your registration is considered complete upon successful payment and submission of your profile information.
We reserve the right to change the registration fee at any time. Any changes will apply only to new registrations and will not affect existing registered users.

By submitting your profile information and photos, you grant Good Signs LLC a non-exclusive, limited license to store and use that information solely for the purpose of operating the matchmaking service — including running compatibility analyses and presenting your profile to potential matches.
You represent that you own or have the right to use all photos you submit, and that your photos and information do not violate any third-party rights.
We will never sell, license, or share your profile information or photos with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GOOD SIGNS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MATCHES WILL RESULT IN SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIPS.
Astrological compatibility analysis is provided for entertainment and general guidance purposes. We make no scientific claims regarding the accuracy or predictive value of astrological compatibility assessments.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOOD SIGNS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY INTERACTIONS OR RELATIONSHIPS THAT RESULT FROM MATCHES MADE THROUGH THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration ($9.99).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of South Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
